MUSQ spend the weekend at the Bowerbird Bazaar – Adelaide’s Design Market. It was so lovely to meet lots of our customers face to face and also meet many new customers and introduce them to our range. We had such an inspiring weekend and were blown away with how passionate and creative our fellow stallholders were. We are sharing a few of the stalls we fell in love with so you to can be inspired by these fabulous Australian brands!
We met the beautiful Sam from Ollie & Max and it was love at for sight for her Mexico Dress in Black/Gold made with 100% modal with just the right amount of drape and a smooth-feeling finish. This will sure to be worn on high repeat during summer. We also took home the Italian Linen White Pleated Shirt that will be perfect on balmy summer nights! We highly recommend checking out the Ollie & Max online store for all your summer clothing needs! Trust us you will fall deeply in love!
Elm Paper is a stationery label with a modern fresh edge, classic appeal and foil accents that was high on our list to visit whilst we were at Bowerbird Bazaar. We met the divine Ella who founded the brand in 2011 and is now in over 180 premium giftware, homeware and selected paper stores throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. If you are ever stuck what to gift your friend who has everything we highly recommend checking out the Elm Paper online store where you are sure to find something for that particular person in your life and even treat yourself as well 😉
Sydney based Read & Bell is the brain child of Tory Read and Anne Bell who brought along their authentic hand made Indian textile pieces. Their hand printed and embroidered cotton clothing became a must have for us and we walked away with not one but two pairs of their Harem Pants. Also on our wish list is their Navy Stripe Shirt Dress! If your are looking for staple summer pieces the Read & Bell 100% soft, fine Indian cotton will not disappoint.
During the Bowerbird Bazaar we got to hang out next to Renee Damiani all week end long! Renee is a graphic designer and illustrator and also a jewellery designer of some very colourful and bold pieces that are designed to make her customer feel happy. Renee makes all her dyed plastic jewellery herself in Adelaide and hopes her pieces will make a statement with your outfit. Make sure you check out Renee’s website where she is continually crafting and creating new collections of limited edition jewellery and accessories from her studio.
